IBC Base Pan

IBC base pan are die casted steel plate with 0.9-1.0 mm thichness pre-galvanized steel plate. We welded pre-galvanized steel tube ring together with the plate to make the finished basement for IBC structure. With this structure, fork lift could transport the IBC tank easily. Rainbow steel is manufacuring different type of IBC Steel Plates / IBC base pan / Base pallet. We are owning different patern of tooling /die. Our auto die casting line made our work more efficiently. Besides that we are also providing tubes for steel frame mesh . Like two star square tube, three star square tube, half moon tube , round tubes. In our factory, we will cut the tube according to customer's request . Clinching, pressing , cutting or punching job all can be done here . You only need to assemble the part at your factory.
