Scaffolding couplers include swivel and fixed coupler, forged/casting and pressed coupler, etc. Different couplers have their own unique characteristics and be used in different construction situations.

The standards for forged fasteners mainly include the following aspects:
Material requirements: The manufacturing material of the fastener must comply with national standard regulations, and the selection should comply with GB/T14975 Stainless steel plates, bars, or pipes in accordance with standards such as GB/T14976 and GB/T13296. 1. Manufacturing process requirements: Reasonable forging or pressing processes and process parameters must be used to avoid defects such as cracks and slag inclusions.

Dimensional accuracy requirements: The dimensional accuracy must meet the requirements on the drawing and must be within the allowable tolerance range. Key dimensions must be inspected to ensure they meet the requirements.

Surface quality requirements: The surface of the fastener must be clean, smooth, and flat, without small cracks, bubbles, slag inclusions and other defects. The surface should be treated with methods such as polishing, sandblasting, atomization, and sanding to improve surface quality
