The forged beam coupler is a high-strength connector made from premium steel, suitable for construction, bridges, and industrialfacilities. Scaffolding butt joint coupler offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and precision.

The standards for forged fasteners mainly include the following aspects:
Material requirements: The manufacturing material of the fastener must comply with national standard regulations, and the selection should comply with GB/T14975 Stainless steel plates, bars, or pipes in accordance with standards such as GB/T14976 and GB/T13296.
Manufacturing process requirements: Reasonable forging or pressing processes and process parameters must be used to avoid defects such as cracks and slag inclusions.

Dimensional accuracy requirements: The dimensional accuracy must meet the requirements on the drawing and must be within the allowable tolerance range. Key dimensions must be inspected to ensure they meet the requirements.

Fastener or Coupler is between steel tube and steel pipe fittings, there are three kinds of the form,namely the 1. Double Coupler(right-angle fastener/fixed coupler) for two vertical intersecting pipe connection, it depends on the fastener and the friction between the steel pipe to transfer load. 2. Swivel Coupler(rotating fastener) for two arbitrary Angle intersecting steel pipe connection 3. Sleeve Coupler(docking fastener) used for steel pipe butt joint two long connection.
