ThyssenKrupp’s 2020-2021 fiscal fourth quarter net profit reaches 116 million euros

On November 18th, ThyssenKrupp (hereinafter referred to as Thyssen) announced that although the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic still exists, driven by the increase in steel prices, the company’s fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020-2021 (July 2021 ~ September 2021) Sales were 9.44 billion euros (approximately 10.68 billion U.S. dollars), an increase of 1.49 billion euros from 7.95 billion euros in the same period last year; pre-tax profit was 232 million euros and net profit was 1.16 Billion euros.
Thyssen said that the revenue of all business units of the company has increased significantly, and the recovery of market demand has had a positive impact on its European steel business unit.
