Huanghua Port is one of the important ports for iron ore import in Hebei Province. It has built 200,000-ton-class waterways and 25 berths above 10,000-ton level. The Huanghua Port Customs, affiliated to Shijiazhuang Customs, actively cooperates with the development of the port, implements various work measures for facilitation of customs clearance, plays the role of “Internet + Customs”, optimizes the customs clearance model, and sets up “fast customs clearance green channels” to ensure timely inspection and rapid release.
In recent years, the import volume of iron ore at Huanghua Port has been increasing year by year, and the production area has become increasingly diversified. According to statistics, from January to August this year, the port’s iron ore imports reached more than 30 million tons, a record high.
