Our HDPE IBC plastic pallet base is an innovative lightweight alternative to traditional full steel metal pans, specially developed for 1000L intermediate bulk containers used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and water-based chemical industries. Made via one-piece integral blow molding technology, the whole IBC plastic pallet has no welding joints, gaps or sharp corners, completely solving rust, peeling and cross-contamination troubles that plague steel IBC bases.
Constructed from high-density food-grade polyethylene, this IBC plastic pallet features outstanding corrosion resistance. IBC plastic pallet will never oxidize or rust when exposed to humid coastal warehouses, mild acid, alkaline liquids and daily cleaning disinfectants. Its non-porous seamless surface leaves no hidden dirt or bacteria residue; users can quickly flush the pallet with hot water without disassembly, fully complying with GMP, FDA and EU food contact regulations.
Compared with heavy steel pans, our IBC plastic pallet greatly reduces dead weight. Each standard tray weighs only 22kg, which can cut over 300kg tare weight per full 20ft container loaded with empty IBC tanks, significantly lowering ocean and road freight expenses. The flexible HDPE material absorbs vibration during long-distance transit, protecting IBC inner liners and bottom discharge valves from cracking and leakage.
In terms of sustainability and maintenance, minor scratches will not affect structural performance. Damaged pallets can be fully recycled for reproduction, generating far lower carbon emissions than steel recycling.
