Rotating nuts designed for tie rods in formwork systems have recently entered mass deployment. Adopting a rotary fastening structure, these nuts are compatible with D7-D22 specification tie rods and D70-D110mm formwork plate diameters. The rotary fitting design enables easier operation, with fitting accuracy against formwork panels improved by 20% compared to traditional nuts. Weighing 0.18kg to 0.82kg each, they facilitate quick installation and removal for construction workers.

 To date, over 12,000 sets of these nuts have been applied in prefabricated building formwork projects in North China. In practical construction, their rotating design reduces the fastening time per formwork panel by approximately 15 seconds. The wear-resistant threads support more than 30 reuse cycles, cutting the component loss rate during formwork disassembly by 8% and overall boosting the efficiency of formwork assembly processes by around 13%.
