Addressing the pain point of frequent steel pipe slippage accidents at construction sites, our company has integrated the patent technology CN222731064U to launch a new generation of anti-falling fastener series. This product innovatively adopts a double-hinged clamping mechanism. Through the synchronous locking design of clamping plate one and clamping plate two, the static friction between the steel pipe and the fastener is increased to 3.2 times that of traditional products, completely solving the “loosening problem caused by steel pipe deformation”. In the simulated construction vibration test, it withstood 5,000 cycles of impact without displacement, far exceeding the industry standard of 2,000 cycles.
