Different solar trackers are designed with different spindle steel tubes, usually in square and circular forms. As an important part of trackers, the square or circular spindle tube require high straightness and distortion. We strictly control the dimension accuracy and surface flatness of hot rolles coils from the material link, and then cut and twist the coils twice after the production of steel tubes is completed. Straightening to ensure that our products fully meet the requirements of the drawings.

Pipe material is usually Q355 or S355. According to customer’s requirements, hot dip galvanizing or pre-galvanizing can be selected.
